“I just want to be happy.”

This is a goal for many of us, but the truth is that as we grow and shape the world around us, we are shaped by it too. Sometimes choosing joy is difficult when our past wounds keep us from healing. I hold a Bachelor’s of Arts in Theatre Arts and a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and incorporate many creative aspects when working with clients. I begin from an intersectional feminist outlook and apply eclectic therapeutic interventions that fit my client’s needs. Some of my favorite work with clients involves role play, guided imagery, and ritual. I believe that my role as a counselor should include listening, learning, educating, and challenging. If you’re ready to dig deeper, contact me and let’s see if it’s a good fit. I’m excited to help.
