How Can I Help?
Often, people are surprised when they learn that I am a counselor, a public speaker, and a performer. To me, this feels organic, but I appreciate that it’s not a combination that most folks would think of immediately. I view them all as opportunities to help. Help tell a story, help on a healing journey, or help to connect to something that is missing. I want to be a catalyst for authentic connection and fruitful collaboration. I strive to lead with compassion in every element of my work, and believe that none of us can imagine what might be waiting for us once we lean on honesty and commit to being open to change.
I am a feminist, an anti-diet fat liberationist, LGBTQ+ affirming, and I continue my work toward being anti-racist and holding space for the spectrum of clients and their challenges that find themselves in my office.
I am grateful to be able to live and do this work on the ancestral homeland of the Cayuse, Walla Walla, Palouse, and Yakama people. I respect their sovereignty and thank them with humility.
